We make fresh watermelon juice, blood orange lemonade and seasonal house drinks. We also offer Boylan sodas, root beer, ginger beer and coconut water.
What is fish sauce?
It's made from fermented fish, its intense flavor is used in many Cambodian dishes and as a condiment.
What is the style of dining at the Union Square location?
At our Union Square location, we offer take-out and self-seating upstairs, which is first-come, first sit. In addition to stools and a long bench, our high tables allow for standing as well.
What is the style of dining at the Grand Central location?
At our Grand Central location, we offer take-out and have an eat-in standing only counter. There is a lovely public plaza with tables, chairs, and benches located just steps away.
Where do you get your produce and protein?
We are dedicated to sourcing quality ingredients from local markets and choose the best, sustainable products when they are available.

We accept Large orders of all sizes and offer Catering. Please see Catering section.
Does Num Pang accept credit cards?
Cash is king at Union Square (Sorry, no cards). At Grand Central location, all cards welcome.
